Indel B Plein-Aircon 12V roof-mounted air conditioning unit

designed for installation on campervans up to six meters in length, equipped with a 12V DC power supply.

The roof-top unit includes all the necessary components for the air conditioning function (the condenser, the evaporator, the hermetic compressor and the fans).

 It then MUST be combined with an air diffuser which is installed inside the vehicle against the roof.

Diffuser options are as follows:

- Plein-Aircon Basic model: This diffuser features adjustable vents without mood lighting. This is supplied.

- Plein-Aircon Ringlight model: This diffuser features a customisable panel with white or blue LED perimeter lighting. This panel can also be customised with different finishes, fabrics, and stickers to integrate the air conditioner with the vehicle's interior style.

- Plein-Aircon Lightbox model: This diffuser is designed to return natural light from the porthole and radiates and diffuses white or blue light, ideal for night driving.

The latest Plein-Aircon models have been redesigned and manufactured entirely in Italy, with improved efficiency and user-friendliness thanks to the new configuration of the fins. The precision and directional flexibility of the air distribution have been optimised, allowing for even vertical distribution.

The unit can operate in two modes (one of which is optional):

- 12V (standard mode), connected to the service battery. The air conditioner can work if the vehicle is either stationary or moving.

- 12V and 230V (optional mode), connected to the service battery and to the mains (it requires a

230V Smart Switch transformer kit, optional). The air conditioner can work if the vehicle is either stationary or moving.

One of the notable features of the new Plein-Aircon models is their connectivity. They can be controlled via a smartphone app with dual connectivity via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

This app offers various functionalities, including manual operation, as well as Indel B's innovative Pre-Adaptive technology (Smart mode).

This technology adapts the operation of the air conditioner based on the user's habits and optimises performance according to current weather conditions or predicted conditions at a set future destination. Additionally, the app provides diagnostic and service information.

At Greenfields have a few options available to you.

• Basic Installation:  (included in the price) The aircon will be installed into an hole where a 400mmx 400mm sky light would be installed and cables ran to the air con and connected to a suitable 12v supply. The diffuser than fitted.
• Standard Installation: The Indel aircon will be fitted the same as above, with an additional 230v indel smart power supply switch to enable the system to run off of the mains hook supply instead of the on board leisure battery.
• Deluxe Installation:  This is the one that allows the campers who like piece of mind whilst camping. A Standard Installation takes place with additional equipment sold and installed to enable you to run the aircon longer whilst of grid.  SEE BELOW.

The Indel 12v air con unit runs off its own power supply 12vDC. also can run from 230vAC hook up, without using your on board leisure battery. This enables you to still use your onboard equipment without being effected. Ideal for off grid camping. Kit comprises of a DC-DC smart controller charger, mains lithium charger and a lithium battery and installation.
